XF - M2750

is a high-concentration (50%) and low-density flame retardant masterbatch, using PP as its carrier. It is expertly tailored for V-2 grade flame-retardant PP systems, imparting exceptional flame-retardant properties to PP products (compliant with UL-94 1.5mm V-2, GWIT 750°C). This masterbatch boasts excellent heat resistance and serves as an advanced upgrade over traditional V-2 flame-retardant systems. With multiple product optimizations, we have enhanced the fluidity of the masterbatch while significantly reducing costs.

 

This product is meticulously crafted for the flame-retardant treatment of PP (polypropylene), making it an ideal choice for applications requiring flame retardancy, such as PP hollow boards, electrical enclosures, and automotive interior plastic parts. In co-polymerized polypropylene, incorporating this masterbatch can substantially minimize costs for customers. Utilizing a twin-screw extruder, customers can seamlessly feed it into the machine, ensuring a clean, pollution-free production environment. By introducing approximately 8% - 10% of this product into co-polymerized polypropylene, excellent flame-retardant results are achieved. It is designed for direct metering and feeding for injection molding, allowing for the inclusion of a significant amount of filler materials.
