PP - Specific Halogen - Free Flame Retardant Masterbatch

XF - M8205A

This product is a high - concentration (70%) functional masterbatch of phosphorus - nitrogen - based halogen - free flame retardants with PP as the carrier. It is mainly used for halogen - free flame - retarding PP systems, endowing PP products with high - efficiency flame - retardant properties. It can pass: UL - 94 0.75mm V - 0 and UL746C (70°C hot water, 168hr soaking test); and also pass GWIT 750°C and GWF1960°C glow - wire tests.

 

This product has high heat resistance and can be used for extruded PP. It has high environmental - protection performance and can meet the requirements of the EU ROHS directive. The resulting flame - retardant products have the characteristics of low density and low smoke generation.
