Its versatility shines in modifying materials like PP, PE, TPE, and glass fiber-reinforced PP/PE, achieving UL94-V0(0.75mm) flame retardancy. It triumphs in the 70ºCx168 hours water immersion test (UL746C) and aces the GWIT750ºC, GWF1960ºC hot wire, and double 85 tests, enduring over 1,000 hours.

The XF-8206G exhibits an ammonia gas thermal decomposition temperature exceeding 305ºC. This allows for increasing the twin-screw processing temperature, tailored to specific needs, or the addition of PETS to enhance dispersion and plasticization. Employ multilayer screens during extrusion processing, maintaining a vacuum to optimize the twin-screw extrusion process.
