is a low-halogen flame-retardant masterbatch with PP as the carrier and a flame retardant concentration of 50%. It is mainly used in V-2 grade flame-retardant PP systems. It features a small addition amount, high flame-retardant efficiency, little impact on material physical properties, and endows PP products with highly efficient flame-retardant properties (UL-94 1.5mmV-2,GWIT750°C). This product has high heat resistance and a wider processing temperature range. Its products can be baked at 150ºC for 240 hours and still meet the flame retardancy standards. It is a high-performance long-lasting flame retardant masterbatch.
This product is particularly suitable for applications in dry PP sheets, PP hollow sheets, PP cables, PP electrical enclosures, PP automotive interior parts and other products. Its flame-retardant effect and performance are close to or reach the level of similar foreign products. The copolymer PP flame-retardant masterbatch can minimize costs for customers to the greatest extent.
Product Parameters
- It is not easy to precipitate, has no filling, has little impact on the transparency of the product, and its flame retardancy meets the requirements of needle flame testing. Environmentally friendly, non-toxic and low smoke, it has no impact on the environment. This product fully complies with the EU environmental protection standards (ROHS). The bromine content of this flame-retardant masterbatch is less than 1300ppm, meeting the REACH requirements, and it does not contain polybrominated biphenyls (PBB) and polyphenyl ethers (PBDE). It meets the dust-free requirements, is easy to convey and mix, which can greatly enhance the stability of production, avoid fluctuations in product quality and reduce losses. Compared with the common powder flame retardant system, it has higher dispersibility and can be used for direct injection molding and extrusion molding.

Note: When the product is filled with less than 10%, the proportion of masterbatch added remains unchanged. When it exceeds 10% or is less than 30%, the amount of flame-retardant masterbatch added should be appropriately increased by 1-2%. When it exceeds 30%, the amount of flame-retardant masterbatch added should be increased by 3-4%
