XF - M8207B

flame - retardant polypropylene masterbatch is an environmentally friendly polypropylene masterbatch with phosphorus, nitrogen, and bromin as the main flame - retardant elements. On the one hand, it relies on the synergistic effect of condensed - phase and gas - phase flame - retardant mechanisms to enhance the flame - retardant efficiency. On the other hand, it acts as a flame retardant by promoting the system to melt and drip through a catalytic mechanism. When 8207B is blended with PP at a ratio of 5% - 10%, the flame - retardant grade can reach UL94 - V2 (at 1.5mm and 3.0mm). 8207B complies with regulations such as RoHS and SVHC for product requirements. Products using 8207B also have the characteristics of low density, low smoke generation, and minimal corrosion to molds.
