XF - 8303G

 

 is a new - type silicone - based flame retardant with a high cost - performance ratio and long - lasting fire - prevention properties. It is recommended for use in halogen - free flame - retardant applications for PC and PC alloys, while maintaining the original physical properties of PC materials. Recommended PC flame - retardant products include PC + GF electricity meter housings, wall switch panels, and charger housings.
Organic silicon flame retardants work based on the condensed - phase flame - retardant mechanism, achieving flame - retardant effects by generating a char layer and enhancing the antioxidant properties of the char layer. After adding organic silicon flame retardants, they will migrate to the material surface, forming a polymer gradient material with a high concentration of organic silicon flame retardants. Once ignited, it will generate a unique inorganic oxygen - isolation thermal - protection layer of polysiloxane, which contains Si - O - Si and (or) Si - C bonds. This layer prevents the escape of combustion decomposition products and inhibits the thermal decomposition of polymer materials, thus achieving the goals of flame - retardancy, low - smoke generation, and low - toxicity.
